Subaru STi for you
". . . . . Better WRX: Subaru's even hotter STi comes to our shores in 2003, and makes 261 hp with the help of a spritz of water on the intercooler." ". . . . . The heavily modified, turbocharged engine with active valve control even employs a switch that sprays the enlarged intercooler with water. . . . ."

From an MPC customer, 9/01:
"Everything is now sorted and works great using all reds (nozzles), It did not seem any better with the creams and actually a lot of water was around, less with reds. I placed them just behind the alternator where the fan would blast the water over each cylinder bank one nozzle for each bank, temp drop was dramatic, at least 20-30 at full power . ". . . . it did drop intercooler temps by 10 degrees celcius (18ºF) and head temps by 25." Chris S (Porsche 930 Turbo race car)
